Sheila brings a uniquely analytical eye to TSP Wealth. As our Head of Projects, she has spent the last four years leading our Business Innovation team, overseeing vital system upgrades, and ensuring our data and processes are as streamlined as possible.
While Sheila may not interact with clients face-to-face, her work is the foundation of our entire service. For her, putting clients first means guaranteeing that all our behind-the-scenes technology and processes run flawlessly, allowing our advisers to focus entirely on delivering great advice. She thrives on discovering new ways to make our daily work smoother and more efficient. Having laid a robust operational foundation over the past few years, she is currently driving a major system migration that will take our firm’s capabilities to the next level.
Outside of the office, Sheila is an avid reader with a love for non-fiction, light novels, graphic novels, manga, manhua, and manhwa (and is always happy to explain how they are all completely different!). When she is not reading, she enjoys relaxing with a good documentary, watching TV shows, or tuning into her favourite podcasts.
