With 11 years of experience in the financial services industry, Rita is at the absolute heart of the action at TSP Wealth. Working closely alongside Ricky as his Executive Personal Assistant, she is the primary point of contact for many of the families we look after. Rita masterfully manages Ricky’s fast-paced diary, coordinates meetings, and ensures everything runs efficiently so that he can focus entirely on delivering exceptional advice.
Rita thrives on the dynamic variety of her role, but her greatest pride comes from the long-term, trusting relationships she builds. For Rita, putting clients first means anticipating your needs before they even arise, offering proactive support, and going the extra mile to ensure your experience is always seamless and highly personalised. Over the years, many of the clients she supports have become trusted partners, and ensuring they feel heard and valued is what motivates her every single day.
Outside of the office, Rita loves to recharge her batteries by travelling and experiencing new cultures. Closer to home, she finds relaxation in gardening and getting creative in the kitchen, cooking up both new recipes and cherished family favourites. She is also incredibly handy and loves getting stuck into a good DIY or home improvement project! (Or so I hear she likes to delegate DIY projects to her husband)
