With a decade of experience in the financial services industry, Emma brings deep technical expertise and genuine care to the TSP Wealth team. As our Head of Paraplanning, she provides vital leadership to our Technical Analysts, ensuring every bespoke financial strategy is researched and built to the highest possible standard.
Emma is incredibly proud to hold Chartered status with the CII—a milestone that reflects her dedication to professional excellence. However, her true motivation is seeing the relief and clarity clients feel when they receive great financial guidance. She believes that putting clients first is simple: it means making decisions entirely in their best interests, communicating in a straightforward way, and consistently doing exactly what you say you will do.
When she is not helping clients map out their financial futures, Emma’s time is happily spent chasing after her two children. She also has a huge passion for music and can often be found singing at weddings and corporate events throughout the year.
