Highly driven by adding value to the organisation, one of Damon’s proudest career achievements was building a complete business support function—including premises, a full team, and bespoke IT systems—from scratch in just four months. Outside of work, he is a qualified FA coach who has dedicated over a decade to grassroots youth football, and in recent years, you will find him focusing on his fitness at the gym most days.
