Andrew plays a pivotal role in safeguarding the financial strength and integrity of TSP Wealth. As Head of Finance and Accounting, he oversees the firm’s financial management, reporting, governance, and controls, ensuring that everything behind the scenes operates with accuracy, transparency, and rigour.
With over 11 years’ experience in financial services, Andrew is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, audits, and regulatory compliance, while also partnering closely with senior leadership to support the firm’s long-term strategy and sustainable growth.
For Andrew, “putting clients first” means maintaining the highest standards of integrity and governance so clients feel confident, protected, and well supported at all times.
He is particularly proud of recently completing his MBA and is currently progressing towards Chartered Accountant status — a reflection of both his personal commitment to excellence and TSP Wealth’s dedication to developing its people.
Outside of work, Andrew enjoys keeping active, hiking, organising his home, and spending time with colleagues socially. He is a devoted coffee drinker, a cat person, and a firm believer that a good beer — especially after overcoming a major health challenge — should always be appreciated.
