Sheila oversees internal projects and process improvements across the business, ensuring systems run smoothly and teams can work efficiently. She works closely with colleagues across departments to support key initiatives and long-term improvements.
While her role is behind the scenes, Sheila sees client care as the ultimate goal — making sure systems and processes support advisers in delivering great service. She is particularly proud of laying the foundations for long-term improvements and upcoming system migrations.
Outside of work, Sheila enjoys reading non-fiction, graphic novels, manga, watching documentaries, and listening to podcasts. She is a matcha drinker, a cat lover, and a fan of The Tim Ferriss Show.
