Bringing 11 years of industry experience to TSP Wealth, Andrew is the driving force behind our financial health and internal governance. As our Head of Finance and Accounting, he expertly manages everything from our daily cash flow and long-term business strategy to strict regulatory compliance. By maintaining impeccable internal controls, Andrew ensures the firm operates seamlessly and securely.
While much of his work happens behind the numbers, Andrew’s approach is entirely client-centric. To him, putting clients first means guaranteeing absolute accuracy, integrity, and transparency in everything we do. By anticipating issues before they arise and ensuring the highest standards of financial reporting, he gives our clients complete confidence in the processes that support their investments. He is deeply motivated by TSP Wealth’s values-driven culture and the supportive environment fostered by Ricky and the leadership team.
Andrew is incredibly dedicated to his professional growth; he recently graduated with his MBA and is already halfway through his journey to becoming a Chartered Accountant. Outside of the office, he likes to keep active with regular exercise and hiking, and he finds relaxing satisfaction in keeping his home meticulously organised.
He also loves catching up with his colleagues—and Ricky—for a well-earned drink after work.
