Kim is at the heart of TSP Wealth’s day-to-day operations. As Financial Services Team Leader, she manages the firm’s administrative function and works closely with advisers and paraplanners to ensure everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and with the client experience front of mind.

With over six years’ experience in financial services, Kim brings a calm, friendly, and highly organised approach to her role. She is often one of the key points of contact for clients and takes pride in making sure they feel supported, informed, and reassured throughout their journey with us.

Kim believes that putting clients first means being responsive, approachable, and genuinely understanding what people need — not just operationally, but personally too. Her clear communication style and attention to detail help ensure that nothing is overlooked and that clients always feel in safe hands.

She is proud to have grown alongside the firm and to have contributed to TSP Wealth’s continued development, supporting advisers and clients through each stage of the business’s evolution.

Outside of work, Kim loves travelling and spending quality time with the people closest to her. She is a matcha enthusiast, a dog lover, and always enjoys discovering new ideas and perspectives — too many books and podcasts to name just one.
